SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders ship vis UPS, USPS or FedEX. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Special orders that ship from overseas are subject to additional duties and tax fees. For more information please email support@hummingbirdhomeandco.com.

LEAD TIMES

Items that are in-stock will ship within 3-5 business days. Items that are available for PRE-ORDER, please reference the individual product page for estimated ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery once your order has left our facility as unforeseen circumstances may occur with the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to offer this in the future!

PO BOXES & APO BOXES

We can only ship orders to a physical address. We are unable to ship to PO or APO boxes at this time.

EXPEDITIED SHIPPING

We are currently unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in pricing, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. 

DAMAGES POLICY

We ask that you please contact our Customer Care team at support@hummingbirdhomeandco.com if there are any issues with your order within 48 hours. Our team will work hard to review your claim and have a replacement shipped as soon as possible.
