If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return a Hummingbird Home & Co. item, we will happily accept the return. Please note the exceptions below.
Orders Eligible for Return
For all returns, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com within 7 days of your delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be received within 21 days of delivery date. All returned merchandise must be in its original, resellable condition, and accompanied by a Hummingbird Home & Co. packing slip. We are not liable for damaged or lost packages while in transit back to us. Items that are damaged in transit to us will not be eligible for a refund.
Orders Ineligible for Return
We do not accept returns on any Final Sale items. All Final Sale items are noted on the individual product pages.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If there is an issue with your order, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your delivery. Our pieces are carefully inspected by our warehouse team prior to shipment and we ask that you inspect your order upon delivery.
Photographs are required for damaged item claims. Please send images to email@example.com prior to shipping back your return. We cannot accept damaged returns without prior authorization, photos, and in the original packaging.
Please allow us 3-5 business days from receipt of return delivery for our team to process the refund. Refunds are made back to the original method of payment, less shipping cost. Most financial institutions take 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, please place a new order and return your previously purchased item.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email our Customer Care team within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org. A return authorization is required for all returns, so before shipping back your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
